This marks an important step in how we grow as a business. Our B Corp status reflects a commitment to high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.
What is a B Corp?
B Corps are companies verified by B Lab to meet high standards across their impact on people and the planet. Certification looks beyond a product or campaign and considers how a business is run, including its governance, workers, customers, community and environmental practices.
For us, this is about building on the values that have shaped Salon Concepts since 1986: responsible growth, long-term relationships and practical support for the professional salon community.
What it means to be involved
Joining the B Corp movement means being part of a global community of businesses working to make the economy benefit people, communities and the planet. It also means accepting that responsible business is an ongoing practice, not a one-time statement.
